Data deletion

This page explains how uploaded files and account data are removed from Grand Video, and how you can ask for your data to be deleted.

Grand Video does not currently offer public account registration or Facebook Login. This page describes how deletion works for the product as designed. The self-serve control described below ships together with those features.

Automatic deletion

Free uploads are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after upload. Paid uploads remain accessible for the period tied to your purchase and are automatically deleted once that period ends. You do not need to request this — it happens on schedule without any action from you.

Deleting your data yourself

If you want to remove your data before it expires on its own, Grand Video does not require you to email a request. A self-serve “Clear my data” control in your account lets you erase your uploaded files, account records, and any information obtained through Facebook Login, immediately and without waiting for a manual request to be processed.

What gets removed

Clearing your data removes your uploaded video files, the account record that tracks them, and any information obtained through Facebook Login, such as your name or email address. It does not affect copies that recipients may already have downloaded to their own devices before deletion.
