This notice applies only to the public Grand Video product website operated by LIGHTPLEX LTD while the product is under development.

This website does not currently provide public accounts, uploads, subscriptions or payments.

Information this website processes

The website is made up of static pages. It does not ask for your name, create an account, place marketing cookies or collect payment details.

Our hosting and security provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information and security events.

When you contact us

If you email us, we will receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and maintain necessary business records.

Product testing

Controlled product testing is separate from this public website. Test participants receive information appropriate to the test before providing files or personal information.
